Jose Natalia accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original packaging within 30 days of the order placement.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed. Items showing signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be accepted for return. Any merchandise labeled as “Final Sale” is non-returnable. Returned items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded, returned to the sender, and disposed of on-site.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you opt to use our shipping label, the associated costs will be deducted from your return amount. Please allow 3-7 business days for returns to be processed after the package is delivered.
Kindly note that returns without prior authorization from support@service@https://www.josenatalia.com may experience delays in processing and may not qualify for return.
